　　具有博士研究生以上學歷且持工作類居留許可在北京工作的外籍華人，可以申請辦理外國人永久居留。

　　1.Two2-inchfrontbareheadedwhiteorlightbluebackgroundcolorphotosandelectronicphotos(submittedonCD).

　　1.2張2寸正面免冠白色或淡藍色背景彩色照片及電子版照片（刻錄光盤提交）。

　　Copiesoftheapplicant'svalidforeignpassportandvalidworkresidencepermitinBeijing.

　　申請人有效外國護照和在北京辦理的有效工作類居留許可復印件。

　　TheapplicantshouldprovideChina'spassportthathasobtainedforeignresidencequalificationcertificate,naturalizationpaperorregisteredresidencetranscriptandnaturalization.OrsubmittheoriginaloftheforeignChinesecertificateletterissuedbytheBeijingOverseasChineseAffairsOffice.

　　申請人需提供曾取得外國定居資格憑證、入籍紙或戶籍謄本、入籍時使用的中國護照；或提交北京市僑務辦公室出具的外籍華人憑證函件原件。

　　Copyofeducationdegreecertificate(thecertificatemustbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthecountryorthecertificationauthoritydesignatedbytheNationalEducationDepartment).

　　教育學歷學位證書復印件（證書須由中國駐該國使領館認證或國家教育部門指定的認證機構(gòu)進行認證）。

　　Photocopyofthecertificateofnocriminalrecordabroad(allcountriesorregionsthathaveresidedcontinuouslyformorethan2yearsbeforethedateofapplication)(thecertificatemustbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry,orsubmitthecertificateissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinChina.ThecertificateandthecertificationissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroadshallbewithin6monthsbeforethedateofacceptance).

　　國外（申請之日前連續(xù)居留2年以上的所有國家或地區(qū)）無犯罪記錄憑證復印件（憑證須經(jīng)中國駐該國使領館認證，或提交所屬國駐華使（領）館出具的憑證，憑證及中國駐外使領館的認證出具時間均應在受理之日前6個月內(nèi)）。

　　AcopyofthephysicalexaminationcertificateissuedbythehealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedbytheChinesegovernmentoraforeignmedicalinstitutioncertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry(theentry-exithealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedinBeijingistheBeijingInternationalTravelhealthcarecenter,andthecertificationshallbeissuedwithin6monthsbeforethedateofacceptance).

　　中國政府指定的衛(wèi)生檢疫部門出具的或者經(jīng)中國駐該國使領館認證的外國醫(yī)療機構(gòu)簽發(fā)的體格檢查憑證復印件（在京指定的出入境衛(wèi)生檢疫部門為北京國際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心,認證的出具時間應在受理之日前6個月內(nèi)）。

　　Copyofindividualtaxpaymentcertificateissuedbytaxauthority.

　　稅務機關出具的個人繳稅憑證復印件。

　　Copyofunitregistrationcertificate.Theenterpriseshallissueacopyofthecompany'sbusinesslicense,andotherunitsshallissuecertificatessuchasthecertificateofpublicinstitutionlegalperson.Iftheemployerisaforeign-investedenterprise,theenterpriseshallalsoissuetheapprovalcertificateofforeign-investedenterprise,thereceiptforfilingtheestablishmentofforeign-investedenterpriseandthereceiptforfilingthechangeofforeign-investedenterprise.

　　單位登記憑證復印件。企業(yè)應出具公司《營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本》，其他單位應出具《事業(yè)單位法人證書》等憑證材料。如任職單位是外商投資企業(yè)的，企業(yè)還應出具《外商投資企業(yè)批準證書》或《外商投資企業(yè)設立備案回執(zhí)》、《外商投資企業(yè)變更備案回執(zhí)》。

　　Theoriginaloftheemploymentcertificateissuedbytheemployer.

　　任職單位出具的任職憑證原件。

　　Copiesofforeignerworkpermit,foreigneremploymentpermitorforeignexpertcertificate.Theinformationabouttheemploymentunit,positionandpersonalinformationshallbeconsistentwiththeemploymentvoucherandotherrelevantvouchers.

　　《外國人工作許可證》、《外國人就業(yè)證》或《外國專家證》復印件。有關任職單位、職務及個人情況等信息應與任職憑證等有關憑證一致。

　　Resumeoftheapplicant(fromtheageof18tonow,consecutiveyearsandmonthsarerequired).

　　申請人個人簡歷（18周歲至今，要求年份和月份之間連續(xù)）。

　　Note:1.ThecertificatesissuedbyrelevantforeigninstitutionsshallbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry.

　　注：1.外國有關機構(gòu)出具的憑證需經(jīng)中國駐該國使領館認證。

　　2.ForeignlanguagematerialsshallbetranslatedintoChineseandstampedwiththeofficialsealofthetranslationcompany.

　　2.外文材料需譯成中文，并在翻譯件上加蓋翻譯公司公章。

　　3.Theoriginalshallbereviewedbeforesubmittingthecopy,andanA4copyisrequired.

　　3.遞交復印件前均需審核原件，需一份A4規(guī)格復印件。

　　4.IftheapplicantneedstoprinttheChinesenameonthe"greencard",itshallindicatewhethertoprinttheChinesenameinthecolumnof"othermatterstobeexplained"ontheapplicationform.

　　4.申請人如需在“綠卡”上打印中文姓名，應在申請表上“其他需說明的事項”欄目中明示是否打印中文姓名。

　　5.China'sregisteredresidencepersonnelshouldbecancelledafterregisteredresidenceregistration.

　　5.未注銷中國戶籍的人員，應注銷戶籍后再提出申請。
